I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am a recent Graduate of Modesto Junior College in Modesto, CA with an Associate of Arts Degree in Art, Associate of Science Degree in Computer Graphics and a Certificate in Computer Graphics.
I spent many years working in the photography field. While I was in the U. S. Air Force I was assigned duties as an Aerial Photographer utilizing large format cameras for Bomb Damage Assessment and Photo Reconnaissance. I then was the supervisor of a Camera Repair Facility. After my tenure in the Air Force I went to Merced Junior College to update my photography skills and graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree in Photography.
During this time I restored historical photographs utilizing my skills in the darkroom as a photographer. As time went by, more and more of the restoration was done by digital means. Now all of my restoration services are offered only by digital means. Restoring photos in the darkroom was quite expensive. This expense has been reduced tremendously by the use of digital means.
